- Plans are complete and ready for the builder, sub-contractors,
building inspectors, and bank. - All plans include elevations, floor plans, basement plan (in most
models), foundation plan, roof plan, electrical layout, cross
sections and notes related to construction. Your builder will
adapt our plans to their unique specifications. - We also do revisions to suit your individual needs.
- We offer the option of purchasing a study and cost estimating
set or a review set prior to your final purchase.
